H & R SERVICES added to Apprenticeship Roll of Honour
Today H & R SERVICES were added to the Apprenticeships Roll of honour. The roll of honour recognises companies that are committed to offering Apprenticeships and understand the benefits of helping their employees develop their professional skills. As a company we have been employing both young and mature plumbing and electrical apprentices since we started trading in 2005. The Plumbing and Electrical sectors of the construction industry have undergone many changes in the six years since the company was established and as a company we are committed to helping our staff develop their skills to meet these new challenges.
We believe that the combination of college based learning and "on the job" experience is vital to the success of the apprenticeship schemes we have been part of. During the worst recession in recent years, many think that small to medium sized businesses will be central to the recovery. Reports suggest that school leavers are finding it harder than ever to find work placements, at H & R we are very proud to be able to support our young employees in getting real work experience and developing real skills in the plumbing and electrical industries.
